To find the contact information for an estimator:

1. Determine the assigned estimating resource:
   • Accredited Repair Shops – refer to the electronic estimate (suffix 01) or (suffix 99) to determine who the original estimator is.
   • Repair Shops Without Electronic Estimate Access – refer to the printed estimate (suffix 01) to determine who the original estimator is.
2. Find the appropriate Estimating resource(s) using the Contact Lookup Tool below.
3. Call the Repair Support Line (1-855-882-4313), wait for the prompt, and enter your Registered Account Number (RAN):
   • To contact an individual estimator, wait for the prompt to enter the estimator’s four-digit extension number.
