Shop Measures Conversion Tool

The Shop Measures Conversion Tool is designed to allow repair shops to use “What If” scenarios to:

  • Observe the impact that changes to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores have on corresponding KPI weighted scores and the overall composite score.
  • Determine the extent of change required to a specific KPI score to achieve a desired corresponding KPI weighted score or overall composite score.

Using the Shop Measures Conversion Tool

The tool works with a shop’s raw and weighted scores. Raw scores represent the calculations used for a KPI. Weighted scores represent the relative importance placed on an individual KPI when compared to the other measures. The weighted scores are combined to calculate a shop’s composite score, which is a single value weighted average of the six key measures.

Converting from RAW to WEIGHTED Score: Use the first section to convert raw scores to weighted scores. This conversion shows how changes to a shop’s actual (or desired) raw scores affect the weighted scores and overall composite score.

Converting from WEIGHTED to RAW Score: Use the second section to convert weighted scores to raw scores. This conversion shows the raw scores needed to achieve desired weighted scores.

For both sections, when you enter the desired score in the blue cells, the converted scores will appear in the orange cells. One or more scores can be changed at the same time. The Total Score and Composite Score are automatically adjusted.
